Shipping & Returns

• Orders are usually dispatched on the same day if placed before 5:30PM else on the next day after placing the order.

• You will receive tracking updates via email/DM’s once your order is shipped.

• Standard delivery: typically takes 2-5 business days.

• Our delivery partner is ST Courier. Before choosing this option, please ensure that ST Courier offers home delivery in your area. In certain locations, you may be required to collect your parcel from the nearest ST Courier office.

• Incase if you want any other courier service, please contact us through instagram DM

• At Siara, every product is carefully double-checked before it is packed and shipped. However, in rare cases where damage occurs during transit, we are here to help.

• Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)

• We accept exchanges only in case of physical damage to the product.

• To be eligible for an exchange:

  You must send us an unboxing video that clearly shows:

  1) The sealed package

  2) The product being opened and the damage, all captured in one continuous shot

• The video should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Exchanges will not be accepted without this video proof.

• No Size Exchange Policy

• We do not offer exchanges for size issues. The product will be sent in the exact size you select from our size chart.

• To avoid any inconvenience:

  Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

• If you’re unsure or between sizes, we recommend choosing one size up for a better fit.
